Antonio Amorese, J.D.
Antonio is a senior corporate lawyer, with extensive experience in all areas of corporate-commercial law including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, commercial real estate and general corporate counseling. He is also a distinguished counselor and trial attorney, having represented Italian and international clients in various courts throughout Italy.
Antonio obtained his J.D. (Laurea in giurisprudenza) from the University of Bologna, and founded Studio Legale Amorese in 1973. He remains the senior partner of our firm today.
Antonio is a member of the Bergamo Bar, and admitted to practice before the Superior Courts and the Corte di Cassazione. He is a native speaker of Italian, and fluent in French.
